Sitting all the day, working from home and no hanging outside is stressful. Stressful and bad for health, but Corona is even badder. Today we are gonna see 6 types of workouts to do during lockdown wich are more than great for health and agility. Don't forget to repeat these exercices 5 times with up to 2.5 minutes rest between sets.
